Abstract

The authors have studied medical reports of 126 patients with mechanical jaundice against traditional treatment, and also in a complex with intravenous and intraportal introduction of the ozonized physiological solution. Complex use of traditional therapy with the ozonized physiological solution in concentration of 2500 mkg/l, has promoted more to substantial increase of functional activity of a liver and reduction lipid peroxidation. Regarding the ways of ozonized physiological solution introduction, the preferable one is intraportal allowing to create a high concentration of ozon in a liver and essentially raise efficiency of ozonotherapy.

Key words

a mechanical jaundice, a liver, the ozonized physiological solution, intraportal infusions.
